Description:
Our flame resistant conveyor belts, also known as fire resistant conveyor belts, have frames difficult to delaminate and they have small rate of elongation, strong shock resistance, and high tear resistance. They are solid woven retardant belts made of PVC, and the PVC body is covered with an additional rubber surface. The PVC belts can be used to convey substances at the inclination angle no more than 16 degree in the case of drying condition, and to convey watery materials at the inclination angle less than 20 degree.

1.Mechanical Property:

2.Longer Service Life:
Our flame resistant conveyor belts are designed with solid woven belt carcass through spinning and weaving of the filament and cotton cover in warp-wise and width-wise. As a result of that, they possess longer service lifespan.

3.Joint Property:
Based on its high-quality belt carcass of strong strength and mechanical buckle for connection, this flame resistant conveyor belt possesses 50%-90% strength of the total belt strength. With vulcanized joint, it has as much as 60%-90% strength of the belts. A large range of joints in it can surely satisfy various demands of clients as well as ensure the whole system security and high efficiency.

4.Flame Retardant Capacity:
The surface temperature of its drum can be up to 325℃. The average flame time of its blow lamp for the full thickness specimen can be as much as 3.0S, and the average flame time without cover layer can be up to 5.0S.

5.Propane Burning:
The average resistance value of the upper surface and undersurface can be as much as 3.0×10.
